P yang pertama Passion, passion (hasrat) merupakan hal penting dalam presentasi. Jika anda tidak memiliki antusiasme akan materi presentasi yang anda bawakan akan membuat presentasi anda menjadi tidak bernyawa dan membosankan. Tanpa adanya kecintaan dan hasrat dari hati anda untuk membawakan materi presentasi dengan baik maka kredibilitas anda sebagai presentator otomatis akan lenyap seketika.
P yang kedua Preparation, persiapan disini dalam artian menyeluruh mulai dari persiapan materi, mempelajari karakteristik audiens serta menyiapkan secara detil pendukung presentasi.
P yang ketiga Partnership, sebagai presenter pemula ada baiknya kita memiliki hubungan partnership dnegan presenter yang lebih berpengalaman. Mana tahu ada pengalaman mereka bisa kita pelajari tanpa harus menjiplak style mereka. Presenter pemula lebih banyak berfikir tentang diri mereka sedangkan presenter yang telah berpengalaman lebih fokus kepada audiens.
P yang keempat Profesional, presenter yang efektif bertindak secara profesional. Profesional artinya mereka datang lebih awal dan memastikan semuanya berjalan pada tempat semestinya.
P yang kelima Property, presenter yang efektif memastikan semua properti berjalan dengan baik mulai dari sound system, handout, power point slide, musik dan hal yang penting dalam suksesnya presentasi. Properti diatas bukan hanya membantu audiens untuk menyerap presentasi dengan baik tetapi lebih dari itu yakni membantu audiens untuk dapat mengingat point penting dalam presentasi. Patut dicermati untuk tidak bergantung pada properti, properti hanya alat dan bukan inti dari presentasi.
